Refactor Plugin

The new_course_modules class is quite large and complicated. It should be made simpler if possible. The DB interactions should be made through one more many DB-interface-classes to ensure data integrity and further standardize data flow. Aside from that class, I also plan on creating proper renderers. Yes, also a renderer for the Mails (I guess).
